Jerry Ware received a Juris Doctor Degree from Baylor University School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance from the University of North Texas.
A member of the State Bar of Texas, he represents individuals and business entities in business, personal, transactional, and litigation matters in Dallas, the State of Texas, the United States, and internationally. He is a closing attorney and licensed escrow officer (License ID 926010) for Attorneys Title Company of Dallas, Texas, and provides a full range of title insurance services and representation for residential and commercial real estate clients in Dallas and throughout the State of Texas. Ware is of counsel to Wilson Trosclair, PLLC, a national trial law firm based in Dallas, Texas.

Jerry Ware is licensed to practice law in all of the state courts of Texas. He is also licensed as a Customs Broker by United States Customs and Border Protection (Customs Broker License No. 15865). He was Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, State Bar of Texas, (1997). He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association.
He is admitted to practice before the United States Court of International Trade in New York, N. Y., the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington, D.C., the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Southern Districts of Texas, and the United States Courts of Appeal for the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits in New Orleans, Louisiana and Atlanta, Georgia, respectively.
